Of Volunteer Service Project Management Of Large-scale Sporting Events

The voluntary service project through large-scale sporting events includes the organization, recruitment, training and management for a multitude of volunteers in the process of preparation and holding. To guarantee the successful staging of the large-scale sporting events, it is necessary to establish the management system for the voluntary service project, which provides thoughtful, warm and efficient voluntary service in orderly and scientific way. Voluntary service project has played an important role in the large-scale sporting events , and there are many research and exploration for these theory. But it has not yet form a series of mature theory and action in the combination of theory and practical experience.This paper focuses on the experience for volunteer service project management in the sixth session National Peasants' Sports Meeting, analyzing the current situation and development in the domestic voluntary service project by literature review and expert interviews. Based on that, this paper try to establish financial control target, the organization of the synergistic effect, the mechanism for evaluation and inspiration and safeguard system for the volunteer service project, moreover strives to achieving the optimization for facility, the specialization of the post and the collaborative of the unity so that reducing the costs of the voluntary service project through large-scale sporting events and improving the benefit for synergy. Thus the volunteer service project management will be standardized and institutionalized and develop better.
