A Study On The Effectiveness Of Legal Education For Middle School Students

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has proposed a major strategic plan for comprehensively governing the country according to law.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed to "deeply carry out the education on the rule of law and incorporate the rule of law education into the national education system." The purpose is to "provide a sense of legislation and rule" in the whole society,and then to "make everyone a loyal advocate of the socialist rule of law,a conscious adherent,and a firm defender." General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "The youth is prosperous and then the country will be prosperous.The young is strong,and then the country will be strong.The younger generation has ideals,skills,and responsibilities and then the country will have a bright future and the nation will be hopeful." Middle school students,who are an important part of the society,are the builders and successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.Their level of rule of law plays a decisive role in the future process of building the rule of law in China.We must attach great importance to the legal education of middle school students and effectively improve the effectiveness of legal education in middle school students' ideological and political education.It should not be overlooked that due to the influence of exam-oriented education,the legal education in secondary schools still has problems such as relatively weak teachers and insufficient educational effects.The effectiveness of legal education for middle school students needs to be improved.This paper uses the principles and methods of ideological and political education to investigate and study the status quo and existing problems of middle school students' legal education,and analyzes the factors that restrict the effectiveness of middle school students' legal education.On this basis,the paper concludes some proposes countermeasures about how to strengthen and improve the middle school students' legal system education.This paper believes that to improve the effectiveness of middle school students' legal education,we must focus on guiding middle school students to establish a scientific legal concept,effectively learn from the experience of foreign legal education,focus on optimizing all aspects of school education,and actively take advantage of family education and social education to form education resultant force of school,family and society.
