With the introduction of the rule of law objectives of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPCCentral Committee,including the introduction of the rule of law education into the national education system,the rule of law,the construction of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,and the construction of a socialist country ruled by law,It puts forward new requirements and challenges for China's legal education.As the hope and future of the motherland,junior high school students are unique in their dominant position.Education for the rule of law can govern their behavior and prevent them from embarking on the path of crime.At the same time,they can strengthen their awareness of rights protection and can choose the right path when their rights are violated.Safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests;promote the development of physical and mental health,and become qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause.As a result,the legal education of junior high school students has important and realistic significance.However,the survey found that the situation of the legal education of junior high school students is still not optimistic.The main manifestation is that the education environment for the rule of law needs to be further optimized,the effectiveness of school law education needs to be improved,secondary school students' knowledge of the rule of law is not up to standard,and the spirit of the rule of law is lacking.There are four main reasons for the above problems: First,as the primary school for the education of the rule of law for junior high school students,the school has long been subject to "examination-oriented education" and the main goal is to pursue further studies,neglecting the legal education of junior high school students;As the main professor of the legal education of junior high school students,teachers lack professional literacy and their teaching methods are unique.It is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and seriously affects the practical results of the legal education of junior high school students.Second,the family education in the junior middle school students legal education In the process,the parents' concept of the rule of law was not strong,and they did not do a good job of guiding and demonstrating themselves.They did not play their due role.Third,the education of the rule of law for junior high school students was inseparable from the support of society,but in real life.The measures to strengthen the education of the rule of law for junior high school students from the social level are ineffective,resulting in a significant reduction in the effectiveness of the education of the rule of law.Fourth,the immaturity of the individual's minds in junior high school students also affects the effectiveness of the rule of law education.Therefore,in order to further improve the practical results of the legal education of junior high school students,it is necessary to strengthen the legal education of junior high school students from the school,family and society level.First,keep pace with the times,establish a sound school education management system for the rule of law,strengthen the construction of a team of teachers of the rule of law,and optimize the form of education for the rule of law.Second,through innovative teaching forms,students' enthusiasm should be fully mobilized;the rule of law thoughts should be infiltrated into other related curriculum teaching;thirdly,parents should be strengthened with the concept of legal education,and be guided and demonstrated so as to establish children's "regular awareness";Fourth,we must create a good environment for the education of the rule of law for junior high school students in the whole society,and provide a good environmental basis for the study of the education of the rule of law for junior high school students.Fifth,change the “three-in-one” legal education pattern and build schools,families,society,and junior high school students.Individual four-dimensional,new model of rule of law education.
