At present, the trend of economic globalization and education internationalization isgetting more clearly, it’s expressed the higher requirements of nurturing a global awareness inthe students, cultivating talents who has a good expertise in different fields, a strongintercultural communication ability and be familiar with the international practices as well.Meanwhile, ideological political quality education at universities should be improved andstrengthened under the new circumstances. Teacher plays an important role in talent’sideological and political quality training process, how to promote revolving around moraleducation and focusing on creativity and practical ability has becoming a big problem andchallenge to our university.In this paper, mainly for the ideological and political quality education at SISU, Iattempt to make a comparison and analysis of the current situation of SISU and otheruniversities through case studies and researching methods. This paper will try to dig into theideological and political education of teacher to make more of an impact and will try to givemore recommendations and responses to build up the ranks of teachers and raise theirprofessional ethics and competence, for a better development of ideological and politicalquality training at our university.
