Analysis Of Factors Affecting Employment Choice And Employment Stability Of Rural Low-income Groups In Hubei Province

Since reform and opening up,the problems of low-income groups have been highly concerned and worried by the government and the general public.China is a country dominated by agriculture,so rural low-income people account for a large proportion of the overall low-income population.The ultimate goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to achieve common prosperity,and the Party Central Committee has repeatedly emphasized the need to eradicate the poor and achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation by 2020.Therefore,improving the production status of rural low-income groups,solving the problems encountered by rural low-income groups in terms of employment and increasing their incomes are important issues on the way to achieving comprehensive poverty alleviation.They are also major issues that need to be resolved in order to fully build a well-off society.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party also mentioned that the most basic issue related to national economy and people's livelihood is the issue of "three rural issues." We must deal with solving this problem as the core issue of the work of the whole party.The employment situation of rural low-income groups affects their income.The employment of farmers can effectively provide a large amount of labor to the city and promote the rapid development of the city.At the same time,the employment of farmers can help them increase their sensitivity and adaptability to the market.Information is blocked in many poverty-stricken areas,and farmers know nothing about market information,so demand for information is high.As farmers go out for employment,the channels of information they receive have widened and they understand the market.After the employed labor force has these experiences,it is equivalent to receiving training on market information.Therefore,market information can be obtained in a timely and effective manner,and production and management can be carried out according to market demand.Therefore,the solution of employment issues for rural low-income groups can effectively promote the sound development of the vast rural areas,increase the income of farmers,reduce the number of low-income populations,and help the country to contribute to the cause of poverty alleviation.The main research object of this article is the rural low-income groups in Hubei Province.The main content of the research is the influencing factors of employment option of low-income groups and the influencing factors of employment stability.By conducting field research on representative counties,cities and towns in Hubei Province,the employment status of rural low-income groups in relevant areas is analyzed.In order to solve the employment problems of farmers,several policy suggestions are proposed:1.Strengthen medical security and provide health education and health services;2.Improve training quality and encourage participation in training;3.Increase education support and provide rural education Service supply;4.Provide policy support to liberate the female labor force;5.Carry out communication activities to notice the problem of "single bachelors" among older male low-income groups.
