Study Of Integrating Red Resources Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

The red resource is a monument,a site of relics,a spiritual wealth,and a revolutionary substance condensed in the process of revolutionary struggle and construction and development,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,through unremitting efforts and tenacious struggle.As a high-quality educational resource,the red resources have the value of cultivating people and have a distinct ideological and political education function.Therefore,it is especially important to combine the red resources with college ideological and political education.General Secretary Xi Jinping also emphasized the need to carry out ideological and political work throughout the entire process of education and teaching in the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities.The key to promoting the realization of educating people by the curriculum is to make a good grasp of classroom teaching.The red resources contain the lofty revolutionary spirit and excellent cultural traditions of the Chinese communists,and provide rich educational and teaching resources for the ideological and political education.The red resources play an important role in ideological guidance,political identification,and moral demonstration in the process of integrating ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.We should fully develop and utilize the red resources,integrate the red resources into the teaching process,maximize the educational value of the red resources,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and promote the realization of educating people with ideological and political courses.At present,certainly outstanding achievements have been made throughout the process of integrating red(revolutionary)resources into the education of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.However,after putting forward a plural of actual investigation and research,it is demonstrated that there are still some deficiencies such as: red resources cannot be properly integrated into teaching materials,courseware,classroom teaching and the second classroom.The direct causes are mainly reflected in four aspects: First,in the compilation of textbooks,the understanding of red resources is not deep enough.Second,the exploitation and utilization of red resources by experts and teachers are not intensive enough.Third,the way of integrating red resources into the classroom is single and not diverse enough.Finally,the executive methods lack enough flexibility and variety.In conclusion,there are several things that we can do in order to explore the implementation path of red resources into the ideological and political curriculum of colleges and universities.Firstly,we must collect,screen and integrate the red resources,combine them with the course offering,it can lay a solid foundation for the classroom teaching.Then,we should fully develop and utilize the red resources,combine them with the first classroom,and make a good grasp of classroom teaching.Lastly,we must integrate the red resources with the second classroom to give full play to social practice activities,campus cultural activities,and student club activities,so we can finally achieve the perfect integration of the red resources with the first classroom and the second classroom.
