Research On The Development Situation Of Youth Football Clubs In Changsha City

Since the introduction of the overall plan for China's football reform in 2015,we have begun to pay attention to football from the national level,and campus football has risen to a national strategy.Through the use of the campus to promote football in order to expand the popularity of football,strengthen the reserves of reserve talents,and revitalize the football industry in China.However,with the development of campus football,the gap in football teachers persisted,which led to the inability of some schools to open football courses and hold football events.The youth football amateur club was born.The adolescent football amateur clubs that have taken root have emerged due to lack of system and insufficient market supervision,and the phenomenon of club teaching is mixed.To this end,it is particularly important to upgrade the overall level of youth football amateur clubs.This research uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to investigate the basic status of Changsha Youth Football Amateur Club.Through the investigation and interviews of Changsha Youth Football Amateur Club managers and coaches,combined with relevant literature,the problems and influencing factors of Changsha Youth Football Amateur Club wereanalyzed in depth and in detail to improve and promote Changsha City.The development of the youth football amateur club puts forward feasible suggestions.research shows:1.According to the survey,the current management mode of Changsha Youth Football Club is mainly school-enterprise cooperation and enterprise independent operation.75% of the clubs adopt the cooperative management mode of "school + club",which is more suitable for the development of small and medium-sized clubs in Changsha.2.At present,Changsha Youth Football Club lacks a perfect training system.The Club neglects the follow-up training of coaches,invests less in coaches and does not conduct regular training for coaches,which will limit the improvement of coaches' coaching ability.3.Changsha Youth Football Club mainly conducts youth football training for profit.However,at present,clubs do not attach importance to enrollment propaganda and enrollment channels.The single way of enrollment will seriously affect the training fee income of clubs and hinder the development of clubs.4.At present,Changsha Youth Football Club divides classes into grades,and formulates different training times and courses according to different training items.5.According to the survey of 20 parents Shashi Youth Football Club,the proportion of male coaches is larger than that of female coaches;young coaches aged between 20 and 30 are the main ones;coaches of E and D are the main ones;mainly graduated from football specialty in normal colleges.Lack of female coaches,coach rank is the threshold for coaches to teach,but more than half of the coaches have not participated in coach training organized by the Football Association,and need senior coaches urgently.
