Research On Present Situation Of The Private Nursery Governess’ Professional Quality And Countermeasure In Changsha City

Childcare workers as one of, as one of the important part of the kindergarten teachers,play a subtle role in children’s daily life and their instruction. Their professional quality is the internal specifications and requirements of them, the basic condition of nurse career in kindergarten conservation. Kindergarten Education Guidelines (try out) defines clear roles of childcare workers, which clines that they are educational workers,whose behavior have a crucial influence on children’s life. However, a nursery governess’contribution was neglected by us for a long time, which will directly affect the young children’s health and development. The recent decade had witnessed the rapid development of private kindergarten. Much more attention had been paid to the childcare worker’professional quality in the private kindergarten and we realizes the professionalization of childcare workers not only helps in their development, but also helps to meet the requirements of childhood physical and mental health development as well as the parents of young children services.By using literature, survey, interviews, and observation, combining with the author’s own12-years management in private early childhood education in Changsha city, the author tries to presents the present professional quality of the private childcare workers, studies the basic information of private nursery governess, analyses the factors that influence the professional quality. It indicates that the mainly influential factors are listed as low education level, poor living conditions, with less opportunity to learn and self learning ability is poor, and no security and lack a sense of belonging Hence, we needs to improve the business, professional ethics, professional awareness, professional behavior and professional literacy of private childcare workers urgently.Through investigation and study analysis put forward, the author ventures to suggest the government to increase the management of private kindergartens to step up on the cause of early childhood education investment, to set up dedicated preschool education institutions for training, and establish training curriculum system, the author ventures to suggest the private kindergarten first, improve the nurse entry barriers; Second, provide a variety of learning and training opportunities, a nurse Third, reduce the nurse work intensity higher wages; Fourth, the establishment of nurse management and effective incentive mechanism; Fifth, make full use of the community and parents resources; Sixth, to attract male childworkers to join the nurse team. As for the childcare workers themselves, the author ventures to strengthen the nurse role positioning; to set up the concept of lifelong learning; and to strengthen professional knowledge skill learning.
