Research On The Work Of Group Work Involved In Children's Emotional Management Ability

The development of children has always been a hot topic of common concern in all walks of life.In recent years,the cultivation of children's emotional management ability has entered the public eye.Children are in the primary stage of physical and psychological development,and their emotions are highly susceptible to external factors.Influence and stimulation will lead to deviations in children's physical and mental development.In the internship,the author found that children's emotional problems are diversified,the causes are complicated,and the influence is far-reaching.Therefore,emotional problems should not be underestimated.This study mainly uses interviews,observation methods and other methods to analyze the problems faced by children,the causes of problems,the needs of children,the feasibility of research,and the work of children's emotion management team in light of the actual situation.The author tries to use the theory of ABC.Combining social work professional methods to provide new ideas for the cultivation of children's emotional management ability,improve children's ability in emotional management,correctly understand and treat emotions,prevent negative emotions from causing biased behaviors,and effectively control their irrational behaviors.Face learning and living with a more positive and healthy attitude.Through the cultivation of children's emotional management ability,the family,school,and society should be emphasized on the cultivation of children's emotional management ability,pay attention to ways and means to deal with problems in front of children,and reduce negative impacts.Based on ABC theory and in line with social work professional methods,effectively improve the lack of humanistic care and emotional management education in schools,and promote the development of school social work.To achieve the goal of improving children's self-confidence,reducing emotional problems and alleviating social problems to a certain extent.
