With the acceleration of social mobility in China,especially the mobility between farmers and cities,working in cities is also leaving their children in the countryside,and the group of left-behind children is becoming increasingly large.Because their parents go out to work,most left-behind children have problems such as lack of family love,psychological imbalance,behavior imbalance and learning difficulties.The state has issued a series of constructive policies on children’s safety,education and mental health issues.In July 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Students ’Mental Health,emphasizing the management of students’ mental health.In October 2021,the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promoting Family Education was promulgated,which attaches importance to the role and status of family education.Attention to students’ mental health management should not be limited to schools,especially for rural left-behind children,mental health management should also be extended to the school,families and communities undertake the corresponding work.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to maintain the mental health of left-behind children under the background of promoting the modernization of family education.Previous research on children’s mental health,mainly from the perspective of sociology,psychology,medicine,from the perspective of micro ecological theory,and in the study of social work in rural left-behind children,mainly focus on behavior disorder,education,mental health,etc.,in the aspect of mental health about left-behind children emotional management problem is discussed less.Therefore,this paper takes the cultivation of emotional management ability in children’s mental health as the starting point,investigates and analyzes the current situation of emotional management of left-behind children in local rural areas,and cultivates their emotional management ability.first,Based on the Youth Home Project,With the community left-behind children overseas Chinese love small station as the carrier,To investigate the families of left-behind children in grades 1 to 6 in L community,Children were aged from 7 to 13 years old,Through the questionnaire survey and the household interview method,Understand the problems existing in the emotional management of left-behind children,then,Analysis of the emotional management of left-behind children based on the survey data and the service data of social work institutions,From the perspective of social work micro ecosystem,family,community,peers and individuals,catch,Cultivate children’s emotional management ability by using the group social work intervention method,last,Summarize,reflect and forecast.The study found that due to inadequate family education,insufficient community function,peer group influence and personal characteristics,left-behind children have the problems of insufficient emotional cognitive ability,poor emotional expression ability,single emotional regulation mode,unsatisfied emotional support,and improper emotional handling of role transformation.In the practical process,left-behind children have their knowledge and ability about emotional management has been expanded,and their peer groups are more closely connected.Due to the small sample size,the age span of the members participating in the group activities was large.Finally,the author summarized,reflected and forecast.In practice,it is necessary to respect team members,cooperate in cross-fields,have easy to understand language,and avoid setting results,so as to achieve better service results.Compared with psychology,social work can analyze problems more comprehensively from the perspective of the ecosystem,realize cross-field cooperation in the process of solving problems,and then help the clients to self-grow.Activity process reflection includes their own lack of experience,capital. |
