Under the premise of the rapid development of china's current social economy,the rapid development of urban urbanization,a large number of rural young and middle-aged labor force flow to the city to seek development,the proportion of rural left-behind children remains high.At present,the ancestral guardians of rural left-behind children have relatively low level of education and limited energy,and can not pay attention to the education of rural left-behind children in all aspects,resulting in rural left-behind children in the emotional management there are certain obstacles,it is difficult to correctly understand,understand,express and control emotions.This study takes the author's service of the rural left-behind children's emotion management group as the starting point when he participates in the "three-zone plan" of Jinggangshan,and explores how to help the rural left-behind children manage their emotions correctly in the practice of the group's work.Using field research,questionnaires and interviews,this study found that rural left-behind children face different degrees of loneliness,depression,irritability and other emotional problems,and improving the emotional management ability of rural left-behind children has become an urgent problem to be solved.A survey of the current situation of emotional management of rural left-behind children in the old revolutionary area of Jinggangshan found that there are a series of problems,such as insufficient emotional cognition,difficulty in proper expression of emotions,emotional instability,etc.,and rural left-behind children need to improve their emotional management ability in four aspects: emotional cognition,emotional understanding,emotional expression and emotional control.On the basis of the analysis of the emotional management of left-behind children in rural areas and the assessment of needs,we will carry out the spirit of the Guidance on The Role of Social Work Professionals in the Care and Protection of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas jointly issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and other ministries,and study the social work process of the emotional management groups of left-behind children in rural areas under the guidance of social learning theory.The group aims to help left-behind children improve their understanding of emotions,strengthen their emotional processing skills,improve their emotional expression and emotional expression,and strengthen their emotional control and management skills.The whole group is divided into four stages of understanding emotion management,experiencing emotion management,strengthening emotion management,maintaining emotion management,a total of 6 group activities,through 6 weeks of service to help rural left-behind children to establish correct emotional awareness,strengthen the rural left-behind children's emotional processing skills,improve the rural left-behind children's emotional expression ability and expression.Through the development of this service,the author found that in the current rural left-behind children's emotional management ability research can be clearly quantified concepts,make full use of social resources around the object of service and form a group field full interaction and other desirable,in the course of the service there are still follow-up situations to follow up to maintain,social work skills and role conversion is not skilled and the group norms can not be strengthened in place and other deficiencies.
