Research purposes: Through the intervention of core strength intervention and traditional core strength of college male second-level sprinters, this paper explores the differences between the basic strength, muscle strength and special performance indicators of two different strength training programs for sprinters.Analysis, and thus the impact of the core strength training program on the changes in the sprinters' various ability indicators.Research methods: In this study,20 male sprinters from Hunan Normal University were selected as experimental subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups(10 in the experimental group and the control group)and trained for 10 weeks.Among them, the experimental group is the core strength training program group, and the control group is the traditional strength training program group. This experiment uses two different strength training programs(core strength training, traditional strength training)× 4(special scores, muscle group indicators, physical quality indicators, expert evaluation)experimental design,in which the independent variables are different strength training programs, the dependent variable is Participants' special scores, muscle group indicators, physical quality indicators, expert evaluationand expert evaluation scores. The basic quality, muscle strength, special scores andexpert evaluation data of the tested subjects were obtained by experiment and the one-way ANOVA was analyzed by spss22.0.The experimental results of the intervention methods were obtained.Results:(1)Before the experiment, the experimental group and the control group were determined to have long jump,60 meters,100 meters,150 meters,100 meters step,100 meters step frequency,100 meters motion technical evaluation and data on the isokinetic muscle system test. There are significant differences.(2)After 10 weeks of training, there were significant differences in the scores of 100 m,150m,standing long jump 100 m and 100 m running performance scores in the experimental group(P<0.05),while 60 m running,Although the 100-meter cadence scores improved, there was no significant difference(P>0.05);while the control group was 60 meters,100 meters,150 meters, standing long jump,100 meters stride,100 meters stride,100 meters There were no significant differences in the performance of each of the motor skills evaluations(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the 100-meter,150-meter,100-meter stride,100-meter motion frequency and standing long-term performance(P< 0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups of 60 meters and 100 meters(P>0.05).(3)After 10 weeks of training, peak torque value test results of the core area: compared before and after the experiment, there were extremely significant differences between flexor and extensor muscles atangular velocity of 30°/s,60°/s and 120°/s in the experimental group(P<0.01),and there were no significant differences between active and antagonistic muscles at angular velocity of 30°/s,60°/s and 120°/s(P>0.05).In comparison with the control group before and after the experiment, the peak torque values of flexor and extensor muscles and the peak torque ratios of active and antagonistic muscles showed significant differences only in flexor muscles when the angular velocity was 60°/s and 120°/s(P<0.05),while no significant differences were found in other indexes(P>0.05).After the intervention, only when the angular velocity of flexor and extensor muscles was 120°/s,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),and all other indexes showed extremely significant differences(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the peak torque ratio of primary moving muscles and antagonistic muscles when the angular velocity was 30°/s,60°/s and 120°/s(P>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Compared with traditional strength training, core strength training can improve the ability of sprinters to control their body stability and improve their coordination.(2)Compared with traditional strength training, core strength training can improve the performance of sprinters in 60 meters,150 meters and standing long jump.(3)Compared with the traditional strength training, the core strength training is able to improve the technical movement of the sprinter, the stride has a certain increase, but the stride frequency is only slightlyimproved and has no obvious effect.(4)Compared with traditional strength training, core strength training can improve the performance of the sprinter in 100 meters run.
