Core strength training is mainly around the core region of the human bodymuscle group and the nerve-muscle strength and balance ability training system.Core strength training compared with the traditional strength training, not only caneffectively increase the body trunk core muscle strength, but also allows bettercontrol in the process of human body in sports and to maintain the balance andstability of the body, to provide power support for the power of limbs. Now, iswidely used in the field of rehabilitation of core strength training has been broughtto the attention of the sports workers, and has been applied in some sports sportstraining.Sprint is the speed of the dominant class project, physical strength quality andspeed quality is considered to be the project athletes competitive ability of the twomost important qualities. Due to congenital factors on the speed quality influenceis bigger, and the power quality is influenced by genetic is not very big, so thestrength training is a very important part in the sprinter physical quality training.Because the project requires athletes as far as possible in the shortest possible timeto run all the way, lower limb strength training can effectively enhance the strengthof the ground, obviously improving sprint performance, because the presentdomestic sprinters strength training method is mainly in view of the upper limb andlower limb training athletes, and the core parts of waist and abdomen, hip strengthtraining, lack of targeted training in science, in the traditional strength training, andcan’t solve how to control the stability of the human body in the fast moving, howin the empty stage for lower limb movement action how to provide power support,the biggest increase hip swinging is the body move forward the details. Therefore,whether from the technical characteristics of sprinters or from the perspective ofthe function of core strength training and core strength training is likely to be asprinter performance enhancement has certain help.In this study using literature method and expert interview method, on the basisof the capital sports college sophomore year16men sprint athletes2core strengthtraining for8weeks and the traditional strength training. On the basis of referenceforeign core strength training methods, and combined with sprint movementcharacteristics of the project, and the characteristics of the athletes, the coretraining is divided into three phases, the first stage of training, the second stage oftraining and the third phase of training. The first stage of training training methods mainly include the stomach before the three-point support single hand lift on thelateral arm, elbow supporting hand side, lift a leg side, straight arm stomach Swissball two points support, lie on your back pretty hip. The second stage of trainingtraining methods have on two feet, Switzerland, the Swiss ball to shoulder and armin arm, oblique bridge legs raise, stomach feet pull belly in before and after theSwiss ball, hanging around his legs. Traditional strength training is divided into two stages,the power stage and the strength increase stage, the main training method is atraditional practice training means of onset of stomach and the waist. To exploretraining method of core strength training for sprinters, deepen understanding ofcore strength training and core strength training in sprint training summary in theplace of the advantages of reasonable and shortcomings, for the sprinter’s corestrength training methods provide a reference basis.Research purposes: this paper want to use electrical test methods of corestrength training before and after and before and after the traditional strengthtraining of sprinters major muscle testing, to determine the core strength trainingbefore and after the changes of electromyography and traditional strength trainingbefore and after the changes of electromyography, analyze the measurement resultprocessing, to provide sprinters find experiment based on the reasonable scientifictraining methods.Methods: adopting MuscleTesierME6000portable made in Finland6muscleall core strength training of eight capital institute of physical education aftersecondary sprinters (experimental group) and8after traditional strength training ofsecondary sprinters (control group) respectively before and after the experiment inthe experiment for athletes to the rectus, vertical ridges, the biceps femoris musclein his muscle, the rectus, stocks, glutes, six broad tensor fascia musclemyoelectricity test data, using Megawin electromyographic analysis software to thedata obtained were analyzed.Research results: the experimental group athletes in100m performance haveobvious improve, paired T test, P value is0.026, P <0.05, with significantdifference that the core strength training has a significant difference before andafter, shows that the core strength training for sprinters grades have improvedeffect. Control group100meters sports achievements have some improve, but P> 0.05, does not have significant difference, the traditional strength training has nosignificant difference in control group of athletes training, no statisticalsignificance in statistics. Experimental group and standing long jump performancethrough data analysis, the control group (P <0.05, suggesting that differences aresignificant, either in the core strength training or the traditional strength training,athlete’s long jump performance has significantly improved function in statistics. Inthe experimental group after electrical test results using spss16.0analysis,electrical test results show that vertical spinal muscle, the rectus stocks after thecore strength training, integral muscle electromyography (IEMG) changes hassignificant difference. Maximum amplitude (RMS) through electrical testingstrands of rectus muscle changes have significant difference before and after thetraining. In the control group before and after the experiment of myoelectricityintegral (IEMG) amplitude (RMS) using spss16.0analysis, do not have significantdifference, while after training electromyography data have a certain amount ofchange, but no significant difference.
