With the rapid development of information technology and modern education technology,the popularization of education information in secondary vocational education is an inevitable trend in the information age."Micro concept" has gradually accepted by the public."Micro" products such as micro-blog,micro-film and micro-lecture are subtly changing the way of human survival,psychology,thinking and cultural communication."Micro-lecture" has attracted people's attention in the field of education,but there is no research on the design and application of micro-lecture in the information technology teaching of primary normal school students.This paper is devoted to the research and analysis of the design,production and application of information technology micro-lecture in primary normal school students,with the help of micro-lecture teaching to improve the teaching effect.This paper puts forward a working model for the design and manufacture of information technology micro-lecture in primary normal school students,designs teaching design template,micro-video script design template,learning task list template and micro-evaluation template of information technology micro-lecture in primary normal school students,and constructs the implementation link of "in-class flip" of information technology class in primary normalschool students based on micro-lecture.In the study,the author first uses the library and online resources to read a lot of literature related to micro-lecture,to clarify the status quo of micro-lecture teaching at home and abroad,and to clarify the definition of the concepts related to micro-lecture teaching at home and abroad.Then,starting from the practical problems existing in the information technology classroom teaching of primary normal school students,this paper analyses the information technology curriculum of primary normal school students,the characteristics of primary normal school students,and the ability of information technology teachers of primary normal school students,and discusses whether micro-lecture is suitable for the teaching of information technology curriculum of primary normal school students.On the basis of the previous analysis,this paper expounds the design principles and process of information technology micro-lecture in primary normal school students,and designs,develops and produces micro-lecture examples in combination with information technology teaching materials in primary normal school students.In order to arouse the learning enthusiasm of primary normal school students,task-driven teaching is carried out with the help of sample appreciation,problem enlightenment and learning task sheet in micro-lecture teaching;in order to take care of the individual differences of primary normal school students,the "in-class flip" classroom is used in classroom teaching toteach students in accordance with their aptitude,and the implementation link of teaching design of information technology course for primary normal school students based on micro-lecture is constructed.Finally,the teaching practice is carried out,and the teaching effect of information technology classroom in primary normal school students based on micro-lecture is investigated and verified.The study shows that most students in primary normal school think highly of micro lecture as a new teaching mode.Micro lecture,used in information technology teaching,can greatly motivate primary normal school students' learning desire,arouse their enthusiasm as well as lower the rate of forgetting on knowledge and skills.Especially,it contributes to primary normal school students' skill training practice,taking care of individual differences,and helping every student make progress.Also,micro lecture helps to enhance primary normal school students' autonomous learning ability and improve the teaching effect of the class.
