The Research Of Micro-lecture Teaching Design On Training Of Information And Technology Application Abilities For Primary School Teachers

Education informationization in rural China is in the development stage,the rural area teachers' information technology application abilities need to be trained.At present,there are many rural primary school teachers need information technology application abilities training.The condition of the training is insufficient,but the education management department demands that the training work need to be finished in a tight time.Therefore,somebody comes up with the idea of using micro-lecture in rural primary school teachers' information technology application abilities training.How to design the micro-lecture for rural primary school teachers' information technology application abilities training needs to be concerned.Also the training effect needs to be researched.This study was aimed at teachers in rural primary schools.The research mainly adopts literature study method and investigation study method.After the literature research work and the demand investigation of the rural primary school teachers,I have constructed a model of teaching design for micro-lecture.It can provide research materials for the teaching design of information technology application abilities training course,and do good to broadening the horizon of researches in this field.A series of micro-lectures of rural primary school teachers' information technology application abilities training have been made and applied,which has achieved some application effect and verified the micro-lecture training mode is more effective than the traditional training.
