| Sports has a long history in China.After the professionalization reform in 1994,the sports industry came to the stage as an industry that can create social wealth.After then,there are lots of achievements be widely noticed.When compared with the developed countries,the proportion of output in total GDP,and the employment population proportion of China's sports industry still have great room to grow.Series of policies have been issued in recent years to promote the development of sports industry.In this context,the M&A cases of domestic sports industry jumped rapidly,and gradually formed a sports industry chain which was called sports ecosystem.Historically,the development of the industry chain is an inevitable trend of the maturity of China's sports industry.This article analyzes the building of sports industry chain and the forming of the ecosystem of Le sports from the perspective of the sports industry development,make a concrete analysis of the IP acquisition,financing and merging activities,international expansion,creating value-added industries,and put forward some detail suggestions on the creating of sports industry ecosystem in the future. |
