The article is mainly about the reality of Burmese students studying in China during the period of compulsory education in border areas of Yunnan.explores the difficulties of Burma students' education policy in China.Yunnan is the construction process of our country "The Belt and Road" for the radiation center of South and Southeast Asia,China Burma students of compulsory education stage in border areas to promote the education in the border areas of China open pace,the Burmese students who came to China during the period of compulsory education in the border areas have promoted the pace of education opening in China's border areas.However,there is still a lack of standard and guarantee for various educational policies and management systems to study in China.The main body of education policy is unclear,lack of clear policy guidance and shortage of educational resources.There are many difficulties in the enrollment,teaching and management of Burma students and schools.In the face of these problems,relevant departments are urgently needed to issue and formulate corresponding solutions,clearly formulating policies for the recruitment and management of Burmese students,increasing investment in the education of recruiting Burmese students in the border areas,opening up channels for further study of Burmese students,and improving the Burmese students of the school management and education,improving the border connection methods of school education policy Guarantee mechanism and so on to solve the educational policy dilemma of Burmese students coming to China.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter mainly explains the reasons for the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the related concepts,the literature review and the research and design.The second chapter,from the geopolitics,population distribution,ethnic structure,social and economic status and educational policy,explains the policy environment of Burmese students studying in Dehong in the compulsory education stage,laying the foundation for further research.The third chapter explains the status of the recruitment of Burmese students in Dehong and the specific practice of the sample schools in the process of recruiting and managing the Burmese students.The fourth chapter studies and discusses the difficulties and problems in the policy subject and policy implementation of Burmese students coming to China at the stage of compulsory education in Dehong.The fifth chapter tries to put forward relevant policy suggestion on the education and management of Burmese students coming to China in the compulsory education stage in Yunnan border area.
