With the increasing employment pressure,the number of postgraduate students has increased dramatically,and the competition between postgraduate education and training companies has become increasingly fierce.According to the statistics of the Press Office of the Ministry of Education,according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education Press Office,as of the end of the graduate school entrance examination in 2017,the current number of candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination has increased to 2.01 million,an increase of 16% compared to 2016.Due to the increase in the number of graduate students,many graduate institutions and companies have created opportunities for development.With the increase of enrollment and employment pressure in colleges and universities,China's postgraduate education and training institutions have mushroomed.The various types of postgraduate education and training institutions and companies that are formed are not enumerated,and competitions between postgraduate education and training institutions and companies are increasing.Increasingly fierce,brand marketing efforts have increased,and brand competition has also become complicated.How enterprises can better achieve survival and development,and based on the favorable position of the market,this is a question that each postgraduate education and training company must consider.The establishment of a set of effective and feasible brand marketing strategies is the key to helping postgraduate education and training companies continuously improve the internal management of enterprises,highlight their advantages,and stand out in the industry competition.This article studies the brand marketing strategy of HW postgraduate education and training company.Taking HW postgraduate education and training company as an example,taking the company's profile and environmental analysis as the starting point,it clarifies the market segmentation and target market of postgraduate education and training company,and adopts interviews.The investigation and analysis clarified the status quo of the company's brand marketing and its existing problems,analyzed the reasons for the existing problems,and finally put forward the marketing strategy of the HW postgraduate education and training company and the implementation of the marketing strategy.On the one hand,it will enrich the application research of marketing strategy theory and provide useful reference for the future research and application of brand marketing strategy in the postgraduate education and training industry.On the other hand,it will improve the brand marketing strategy and brand marketing system of HW postgraduate education and training company,deal with the challenges and competition in the current fierce education market,enhance the company's competitiveness and sustainable profitability,and provide reference for HW postgraduate education and training company's future strategy.Through the research of this article,the brand marketing of HW postgraduate education and training company is supported by many factors such as products,services,image,culture,management and innovation.In the actual marketing process,it is faced with lack of brand marketing integrity,poor brand effect,and brand positioning.Problems such as insufficient precision and lack of human resources for brand marketing,stem from the unsound construction of brand-related marketing systems for HW postgraduate training companies,lack of scientific brand building and promotional methods,poorly assessed brand target markets,and insufficient investment in brand marketing funds.Faced with the current HW postgraduate training company's brand marketing issues,combined with previous brand marketing theory and related practice experience,from the brand positioning,brand promotion,brand culture,brand extension,brand management five brand marketing strategy design.Then put forward specific implementation guarantees for brand marketing strategies,such as changing the concept of brand marketing and enhancing brand awareness,building a sound brand marketing system and organizational structure,strengthening the professionalization of brand marketing personnel,and increasing brand marketing investment.,improve and optimize the performance evaluation mechanism related to brand marketing,etc.
