With the improvement of industrial society,the demand for skilled talents is increasing,making vocational education a more and more important form of education.Practice teaching can fully improve the teaching effect of vocational education,and as one of the typical forms,the top post practice has been widely used in the middle and higher vocational colleges in our country.The process of implementing the internship is the process of the government,the employer,the school and the students.In this,the role of the government is the policy guide and the guarantor of the implementation of the system.The enterprise and the secondary vocational school are the role of the supporter and dominant power.Activities must be organized and managed.According to the actual situation,the implementation effect of post internship in secondary vocational schools is quite different,and the management of post practice has some complexity and exposed many problems.To actively study and explore the management of post job internship for secondary vocational students is not only the need to promote the overall development of students and meet the demands of the social talents,but also to promote the institutionalization and scientification of the practice and promote the reform and development of secondary vocational education.Therefore,this thesis selects the students from five secondary vocational schools in the secondary vocational schools of Shanxi Province as the investigation object,using the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to comb the basic situation,preparation,process management,assessment and satisfaction status of the post practice.According to the results of the survey,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the internship of accounting major students in secondary vocational schools.,and the following problems are found: first,the school management is not in place,such as inadequate preparation,lack of supervision of the process,unscientific assessment and evaluation;second,the loose self-management of the students is mainly a lack of cognition.the willingness to take part in the internship is not strong and lack of plan;third,the enterprise management function is not responsible,it means that the attitude of enterprises is negative,and the assessment of internships is a mere formality.In the end,the reasons are analyzed from the school,the student and the enterprise level,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the management of the post practice for secondary vocational students: the school should fully undertake the management responsibilities,establishing a comprehensive and objective evaluation system;the students should take the initiative to participate in the post internship.In order to improve the ability of self-study and self-management,enterprises should understand the internship correctly and be actively responsible for the responsibility of management and educationgive full play to the role of the main body of school running actively.
