| Secondary vocational education is the education of secondary skilled personnel,and practice teaching is an important link of secondary vocational education personnel training.Post practice is an important part of practical teaching in secondary vocational schools,which can not only test students’ theoretical knowledge level,but also improve their skills and professional quality.Therefore,how to manage and implement post practice in secondary vocational schools,what kind of problems exist and how to improve the quality of post practice is an important issue worth studying.Therefore,this study takes H secondary vocational School in H City as a sample to investigate and study the management of post practice in the school,analyze the problems existing in the process of post practice management,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward targeted solutions.This study consists of five parts.It adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method to study the post practice management of H secondary vocational school in H City.Through literature analysis,the previous research results on the practice management of existing positions were reviewed.From the survey results of students,schools and enterprises,it is found that the main problems existing in the practice management process of the school are: the absence of school organization and management,the poor strength of enterprise management,and the lack of students’ cognition of internship.The reasons are as follows: first,the school does not pay enough attention to the internship of secondary vocational students,Guidance teatcher manpwer shortage,the school to the students all-around training shortage,the school paractice wvaluation methond list on;Secondly,the enterprise mispositions the role of interns,does not set up a supporting management system for interns,and the enterprise has a low degree of recognition for secondary vocational interns.Third,the self-care ability of students is weak,and the role transformation of students is slow.Based on this,this study puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the management of post practice: from the perspective of school,change the management concept of post practice,do a good job of preparation for post practice,improve the management system of post practice,enrich the evaluation content of post practice: From the perspective of enterprises to understand the significance of internship,the development of enterprise internship management system,the development of internship reward system,smooth communication and cooperation channels between the university and enterprise;From the perspective of students to set internship goals,improve their professional quality,improve self-restraint ability.From the perspective of deepening school-enterprise cooperation,we will jointly personnel cultivting program and cooperate to build characteristic practice basest. |
