Strengthening the construction of kindergarten teachers is an important task to improve the quality of preschool education and promote the comprehensive,high-quality and high-quality development of preschool education.In recent years,the private kindergarten teachers flow presents a disorder,imbalance,the stability of the private kindergarten teachers,normal education order and education quality has some negative effects,is a realistic problem to be solved,so need to attach great importance to the private kindergarten teachers departure tendency dynamic,timely take effective prevention mechanism,so as to boost preschool education high quality development.To explore the influence of private kindergarten teachers ’professional identity on exit tendency relationship and role path,put forward help to promote teachers’ professional identity,reduce departure intention of supportive advice,study the questionnaire method and interview method,with 335 private kindergarten teachers in Gansu province,choose the private kindergarten teachers ’professional identity questionnaire of kindergarten teachers’ departure tendency questionnaire data collection,and the private kindergarten teachers’ professional identity and the overall status of departure tendency,differences,relationship,path function test analysis.The study found that: 1.The professional identity status of private kindergarten teachers is generally good,However,the level of turnover tendency is above the middle and more often shows the intention of park change;2.There are significant differences in the professional identity of private preschool teachers in teaching age,academic background and professional title,The resignation tendency of teachers also varies significantly according to their teaching age,monthly salary level,professional title and working place;3.Interpersonal support is significantly and positively associated with professional emotion,professional behavior,competency,and professional will,Professional behavior is significantly and positively correlated with competency and professional will,Competency is significantly and positively correlated with professional emotion and turnover tendency;4.Interpersonal support has a significant negative prediction of turnover tendency,Not only has a direct effect,It also has indirect effects on turnover tendency through the intermediary effect of professional behavior,competency,professional emotion and professional will,There is an incomplete chain mediation effect.In order to improve the professional identity of teachers in private kindergartens and ensure the stability and quality ers and enhance the emotionaldevelopment,the following suggestions are put forward to guarantee the professional status and improve the professional development system;secondly,strengthen the humanistic care of teach value;thirdly,emphasize the professional growth of teachers in private kindergartens,stimulate their behavioral tendency and internal motivation,Improve the professional identity of teachers in the practical situation,and promote the stability and quality development of teachers in private kindergartens.
