The number of private preschool teachers accounts for an important proportion in the total number of preschool teachers.The particularity of children's age and physical and mental development means that private preschool teachers have to face heavy work tasks.The occupational pressure is obvious,and the problem of burnout exists objectively.If the psychological problems cannot be adjusted in time,it will seriously affect the development of private preschool education.Some studies have shown that professional identity and job burnout are closely related.This study starts from the private preschool teachers group,to explore the internal relationship between professional identity and job burnout,so as to provide the basis for improving the private preschool teachers' professional identity and reducing the private preschool teachers' professional burnout.In this study,265 private kindergarten teachers from 17 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province were investigated by questionnaire,and teachers' professional identity scale and teachers' burnout scale were selected as measurement tools.Spss21.0 was used to process and analyze the data.Through descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper analyzes the status quo and relationship of private kindergarten teachers' professional identity and burnout.The results show that:(1)The overall level of private kindergarten teachers' professional identity is higher than the middle level.There are differences in marriage,education background,teaching age,salary and demographic variables of whether there is kindergarten teacher qualification certificate.There are no differences in gender,kindergarten area and professional title;(2)The job burnout of private kindergarten teachers is not very serious,which is in the lower middle level.There are differences ingender,marriage,education background,teaching age,professional title and demographic variables of kindergarten teacher qualification certificate,but there are no differences in the area where the kindergarten is located and salary;(3)There is a significant negative correlation between private preschool teachers' professional identity and job burnout,and private preschool teachers' professional identity has a significant negative predictive effect on job burnout,that is,the higher the private preschool teachers' professional identity,the lower the job burnout;on the contrary,the lower the private preschool teachers' professional identity,the higher the job burnout.Based on the survey results of the current situation and relationship between the professional identity and burnout of private preschool teachers,this study puts forward educational suggestions from the national level,private kindergarten level and private preschool teachers' own level,in order to improve the professional identity of private preschool teachers and reduce the professional burnout of private preschool teachers.First of all,the state should issue laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of private kindergarten teachers and strengthen the capital investment in private kindergarten;second,private kindergarten should improve the management mechanism,establish fair competition mechanism and platform,coordinate the overall situation,reasonably arrange work tasks,strengthen humanistic care and psychological guidance,and carry out training activities at different stages;finally,private kindergarten teachers should Learn self-regulation,establish correct professional concept,strive to improve professional accomplishment,and do a good job in career planning.
