Research On The Problems Existing In The Development Of Secondary Vocational Education In Gaomi City,Shandong Province

In recent years,the rapid development of vocational education in China is in the important strategic opportunity of vocational education,we must continue to improve our vocational education policy to promote the cause of China’s vocational education more healthy development.China’s vocational education originated in the 1860 s,then in the Westernization Movement period to develop faster.Since the 1980 s,the government has developed a number of policies on the development of vocational education.In 2014,the State Council promulgated the "Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education",and put forward the guiding ideology,basic principles and objectives and tasks for the future reform and development of vocational education.In 2016,in the "13th Five-Year Plan",China’s vocational education system based on the deepening of the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,training high-quality personnel and other aspects of the development of vocational education on many policies,which can be seen in China The development of vocational education attaches great importance.However,there is a huge gap between the government’s emphasis on vocational education and the actual effect.In reality,it is often possible to hear a lot of slogans that attach importance to vocational education.However,the development of vocational education is difficult to keep up with the development of ordinary middle schools.Why is the actual effect and attention not always consistent? This is also the focus of this paper to study.This paper is a combination of history and reality,through a large number of reading literature and existing policies,combined with my work practice,compared to high-density city of Shandong Province in different periods of vocational education development,and analysis of Gaomi City in Shandong Province in vocational education policy The problems and causes.Through the analysis and analysis of the secondary vocational education in Gaomi City,Shandong Province,the author points out that there are more problems in the secondary vocational education,the management system is not perfect,the teachers are weak,the enrollment is difficult,the investment is insufficient,and the specific problems are analyzed.,At the same time combined with the status quo,as far as possible the development of vocational education in China’s policy measures.
