With the continuous expansion of the city scale,the scale of vocational schools in expanding is expanding day by day.The campus water supply capacity is increasingly affecting the life of teachers and students,and the requirements for the safety and reliability of water supply are also increasing.It also has the same problem of water supply for teachers and students in Zhejiang Information Engineering School.Based on this demand,an electrical control system is designed and produced integrating manual control,semi-automatic control and automatic constant pressure water supply.The system has the functions of on-line remote monitoring and online configuration parameter setting,effectively solved the water problem of teachers and students in the school.Mainly complete the following work as below:By observing and investigating the situation of water consumption in Zhejiang Information Engineering School,and the change of water supply pressure,it can get the reasonable pressure data of the campus water supply,which lays a foundation for the design of campus water supply system.According to the survey data and the actual demand of the campus water supply system,a set of campus constant pressure water supply system with automatic,semi-active and manual functions is designed.In order to prolong the service life of water supply system,redundant design schemes of main control system and standby control system are adopted.For record the running data of the system in real time,the upper computer configuration based on force control configuration software is designed to realize human-computer interaction and system monitoring function.Otherwise,for the sake of facilitate the water supply management personnel to understand the operation of the system online,it through the GSM communication technology,the operator can input the operating parameters of the mobile phone short message into the reporting system,also it can switch the system operation mode based on the mobile phone short message instruction to realize the remote control functions.Besides,a variety of system operation protection modes are designed to ensure the stable operation of the system.3.According to the system design function,the hardware and software implementation scheme of constant pressure water supply system is designed.The hardware system of Siemens S7-200 PLC and Siemens MM430 inverter are used as the core module.The PID control algorithm is designed based on PLC.As well as get the built-in data recording and human-computer interaction system which based on the force control software.Through a period of input and operation practice,it is proved that the water supply facility can satisfy the water resources of nearly 5,000 teachers and students who in Zhejiang Information Engineering School,thereby ensuring their study and life in school.So it can verifying the reliability of the system.
