Maintenance electrician skill training and examination device is an important device for vocational college students in the application of electrical technology and also is the main equipment of maintenance electrician skills research.Its performance has a great influence on education,the students’ ability to apple the theory into practice,and success in obtaining skill level certification of maintenance electrician.At present,skill training devices on the market,which can meet the requirements of the equipment,are composed of several sets of training examination device.But,it has many shortcomings including complex functions,high cost,big size,low reliability,low service life,and etc.The purpose of this research is to solve problems of skill training and examination device.Combined with the actual development of vocational colleges,a practical skill training and examination device was developed.It can basically meet requirements of skill training for the students from the electrical technology application major,and examination for maintenance electrician to obtain the certificates.Price moderate,reasonable size and fully functional were also considered.According to the national occupation standard of maintenance electrician,the training projects of the device were designed by weakening relatively complex and not commonly used parts and strengthening the strong demanded and frequently used part of the traditional device.In order to solve the problems in layout design of traditional device,the frame design of new cabinet with double pendants was put forward.The layout of the new device is more reasonable and convenient to use.According to the needed functions,the design scheme was proposed.Five functional areas including the display control function,power function,PLC converter,drag function,machine failure recovery function and DC speed control function zones were involved.According to the working process of production equipment and common fault analysis,the circuit design was determined and the fault point location scheme was put forward,so that practice is more close to the actual production.According to the asymptotic principle of students in learning knowledge,software used for the device was developed based on a design method and program orders which are convenient to students.Through the operation and debugging of typical training projects,the device was evaluated comprehensively by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method as well as the relevant theoretical knowledge.The relevant suggestions for improvement were also put forward.
