Research On Modern Apprenticeship Based On Industry Standard

Skilled talents are an indispensable strategic element for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of Chinese economic structure.It is also an irreplaceable key during the process of accelerating the development of industry.Vocational education has a lot of connections with cultivating skilled talents.Modern apprenticeship is one kind of various effective training modes of vocational education,which is also attached to great importance in recent years.China proposes a strategy of reinvigorating the country through treating intelligent manufacturing as the key direction,which is also an important choice for China to cope with the new round of industrial change.With this background,the existing training mode of modern apprenticeship based on the cooperation of school and enterprise can't meet the needs of industry development.The industrial upgrading represented by intelligent manufacturing is facing the development trend of digitization,network and intelligence,which is becoming the main trend in the future.Based on the background of intelligent manufacturing,this paper focuses on two core issues: industry standard and modern apprenticeship.Firstly,by using methods of literature analysis,the modern apprenticeship system based on industry standard is defined and the the development of the historical context is clarified.Under the background of the new era,the meaning of modern apprenticeship based on industry standard is defined as industry standard,standardized modern apprenticeship.Besides,it analysis the modern apprenticeship based on industry standard from teaching goal,teaching content,teaching organization and quality evaluation.Next,through methods of interview and questionnaire survey,investigation of the modern apprenticeship system has been carried out the in the field of intelligent manufacturing in vocational schools.As result,the main problems of modern apprenticeship in vocational schools are found.The basis of modern apprenticeship based on industry standard is obtained by considering to deal with the problems.Then,the modern apprenticeship system based on industry standard is constructed in four aspects: professional setting,training program,curriculum system and training platform.Furthermore,this paper studies the different modes of modern apprenticeship based on industry standard in current vocational schools.It is expected to find a universal case strategy from practice.Finally,optimized strategies are put forward to help carry out intelligent manufacturing field based on industry standard by aspects of leading by industry standards,the aspect of the spirit of craftsman returns back,the aspect of the teacher is active to stimulate,occupational quality penetration.To meet the development needs of the current intelligent manufacturing field,we propose some feasible suggestions.
