Research On Training Of Skilled Workers In Middle Vocational Schools For The Modern Manufacturing Industry

With the rapid development of modern science-technology and China's industrial economy, world manufacturing center shifts to China gradually, which offers a good opportunity for the manufacturing industry of China. However, in the new environment and situation of today's economy, those traditional manufacturing structures which have low-wage labor and high resource consumption are losing their core competence. It is due to human resources that modern manufacturing industry accomplishes competition superiority. So, logically with the swift development of modern manufacturing industry also comes a higher request for skilled talents. Therefore, the middle vocational school should aim to train a large number of skilled manufacture personnel with innovative minds and the ability to innovate. What's more, one could say this is the inevitable trend of social development. This paper analyzes skilled workers requirement condition and present problems of training skilled workers in middle vocational schools, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the existing problems.The following is the main content of this thesis by section. The first section, includes the background research and the significance of the project, a current research review from both domestic and international sources, and introduces the research's method and content. The second section, introduces some concepts about the manufacturing industry as well as the manufacturing industry's development process. Then it analyzes the current talent situation in the manufacturing industry, and determines its actual need for skilled workers. The third section, elaborates on skilled personnel training theory as the basis for modern manufacturing, and discusses the middle vocational school system's problems for fostering talents. The fourth section recommends some valuable experience of developed countries, and then discusses how to improve our talent-fostering in middle vocational schools. And, the final section proposes educational strategies and safeguard measures for talent fostering in middle vocational schools for modern manufacturing industry.
