| This study mainly include CUBA players where some colleges and universities in Hubei province as the research object,using the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(FMPS)and the achievement motivation scale(AMS)as a research tool,using SPSS software,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of survey results,examining the current situation of sunshine CUBA group of players of perfectionism,achievement motivation and academic achievement,to explore the relationship between achievement motivation and academic achievement,perfectionism,achievement motivation and investigate the mediating role between perfectionism and academic achievement,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The academic achievement and perfectionism of the CUBA sunshine group are on the middle level,and the achievement motivation is at the middle level.There are differences in perfectionism in grade,frequency of participating in team training,extra training times and basketball training years.There are differences in achievement motivation in grade,frequency of participating in team training and extra training times.(2)CUBA players perfectionism in personal perfectionism and organization can effectively predict success motivation in achievement motivation,erroneous attention,personal standard and suspicious behavior can effectively predict evasion failure motivation in achievement motivation.(3)The success motivation and avoidance failure motivation in CUBA players’ achievement motivation can effectively predict their academic performance.Pursuing success motivation positively predicts their academic achievement,and evading failure motivation is a negative predictor of their academic performance.(4)The achievement motivation is the intermediary variable of perfectionism and academic achievement CUBA players: the motivation of pursuing success and avoiding failure motivation has fully mediated the wrong attention and academic achievements of the organization,personal standards and academic achievement has part intermediary role. |
