Information,digital and mobile technologies continue to mature,influencing and changing many traditional fields and industries,including education.Digital giants,traditional educational institutions and domestic universities are constantly incorporating the concepts of mobile classrooms,micro-classrooms and online learning,while also actively exploring growth opportunities in online education.The manner in which humans acquire knowledge has changed dramatically in recent years.Online educational products are becoming increasingly popular among learners.In the "micro" era,WeChat exhibits clear functional value.Faced with the fast pace of modern life,WeChat public platform facilitates learners' needs for fragmented and mobile learning.WeChat public platform,with its huge user base,has great development potential.The visible trends of online educational products in conjunction with WeChat public platform cannot be ignored.The research value and dissemination characteristics of WeChat public platform have long been the focus of varied professional discourse.The transformation of education has already begun,but WeChat's attempt to fully capitalize on this is in its infancy.Because of the lack of scientific guidance and the limitation of objective conditions,the design goals of improving "user experience" and increasing "people-oriented" have not been realized.The desired learning experience has not yet been achieved.As a result,this study addresses the current problems of product development and the interactive experience with reference to identifying the optimal methods for using WeChat public platform,improving the user experience and learning experience,redesigning WeChat public platform to satisfy the product specification,discussing the development trends of education products on WeChat public platform,and meeting the needs of various users and their expectations.This paper employs five investigatory methods: literature research,case analyses,surveys,user interviews and experimental research.By consulting previous theoretical research,this paper analyzes the characteristics and relationships between recurring elements,while also discussing the necessity of integrating WeChat public platform with the online education industry.Next,case analyses reveal the shortcomings and problems in the interactive design of WeChat's online educational products,before targeted solution research is undertaken.Then,the surveys and interviews facilitate an analysis of the behavioral and psychological characteristics of the target user group,before identifying actual user needs and transforming them into a design entry point.Finally,the experimental research method completes the design,while further examining the principles and methods of interactive design proposed in this article.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the interactive design method used by WeChat's online educational products.In order to promote the further design and development of online educational products,this paper provides some of the theoretical basis as well as practical experience.Moreover,reference values for future designs and the development of related products based on WeChat public platform are also provided.
