Secondary vocational education,as an important part of China's education system,can solve the employment of most rural students and provide them with as many educational opportunities as possible,so as to help China improve the penetration rate of education and the level of education modernization.Vocational education made a great development in the new century,and does not adapt the teaching staff of the incentive problem is increasingly becoming a bottleneck for the further development of vocational education.This thesis with the Shanxi Tongxing School as the research object,using compensation incentive theory,human capital theory,and the theory of wages,to learn from a lot of literature research,the use of the questionnaire to collect related data and analysis,found in Shanxi Tongxing School teacher salary incentive problems and the insufficiency.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the causes of the problems in Shanxi Tongxing School are obtained from the two aspects of materiality and immateriality,and the optimization measures of incentive plan are proposed from the two aspects,including salary structure,performance bonus,screen bonus,work environment,training plan,career planning,etc.In order to ensure the optimized incentive scheme can implement,practical incentive effect,improve teachers' enthusiasm and creativity,need corresponding thought guarantee,system guarantee,financial security and environmental protection and other security measures.
