Under the background of globalization,the scope of labor mobility is becoming wider and wider.The issue of population mobility has become the focus that regional development must pay attention to.Northeast China has been faced with economic downturns since the Reform and Opening up.Due to the Crisis of Economy,people in northeast China move out in large numbers.Among these immigrants,a group of people that went to South Korea to work illegally became the focus on the author's attention.This paper focuses on the migrant workers from the han nationality in northeast China,from the perspective of transnationalism.This paper attempts to put the micro actions of immigrants under the macro background,and investigate how the change of social structure promotes the individual's immigration behavior,the immigration path immigrants choose and how they construct their own identity.In the northeast of China,there are two main routes to South Korea,the study found.First,the han people adjacent to the Korean ethnic group can go abroad through the social relations network,and the social relations network of the Korean ethnic group has brought great convenience for the han people to go abroad;Second,through the intermediary organization visa,find a job.Intermediaries have boosted the willingness of northeast Chinese to go abroad.After entering South Korea,the isolation and exclusion of Korean society made the workers in northeast China feel discriminated against,hoping to use Korean as an instrumental language to remove the identity symbol of " FFA ",but in terms of language attitude,the workers prefer Chinese.In the process of using the two languages,the migrant workers have defined their own language identity,and their own identity has been enhanced.At the same time,by virtue of the Internet,migrant workers have built a transnational space and established an online community.Frequent transnational interaction some the anxiety and anxiety of han migrant workers who work illegally in South Korea.In the online community,the boundary lines / lined between our group and legal migrant groups strengthens the self-identity of this group.One of the important strategies of identity negotiation is to establish community organizations belonging to a certain group.The migrant workers in northeast China usually choose to join the organization of their hometown based on kinship and kinship.Hometowngroups are often small and important places for migrant workers to find emotional comfort.Fellow-townsman organizations build a buffer zone between migrant workers and the mainstream society and provide a very important social life and activity space for migrant workers.With such a buffer,workers would not be completely adrift outside their homes.In this process,the migrant workers ' sense of identity for themselves and the country has been improved.
