A Study On The Identity Of New Intellectual Immigrants In Shanghai

The domestic identity of the floating population,especially the migrant workers group,has received widespread attention in various academic fields.The relevant research results are very rich,but they have received higher education,mastered the corresponding knowledge and skills,and flowed between different regions.The identity of knowledge-based new immigrants who have settled their goals and settled for more than one year has not been able to enter the field of researchers.Based on the micro-identification perspective of social integration,this study conducts an exploratory study on the identity of knowledge-based new immigrants in Shanghai.Since the concept of identity has different understandings in different disciplines,this study defines identity as the individual's recognition of the identity of the group,and discusses whether the knowledge-based new immigrant recognizes the identity of the local to discuss its social integration in the place of immigration.depth.By establishing a binary logistic regression model,it is concluded that Shanghai time,household registration,social interaction,cultural adaptation and willingness to move have a significant impact on the identity of knowledge-based new immigrants,and further explanations based on in-depth interview data,and finally from the system The three aspects of construction,capital expansion and cultural consciousness propose a path to reshape the identity of knowledge-based new immigrant groups.Identity is a long and dynamic process.It includes social interaction,self-construction and ultimate psychological identity.It is one of the important dimensions of social integration and the highest realm of social integration.The research on the identity of knowledge-based new immigrants is not only related to the depth of knowledge-based new immigrants' social integration,but also related to the degree of urbanization in China.It is also related to the talent strategy of Shanghai's development and affects the realization of Shanghai's global urban goals.
