With the country's emphasis on preschool education and the deepening of preschool education reform,preschool teacher team construction has become increasingly prominent.The emergence of kindergarten transferred teachers has enriched the pre-school teachers group and also brought challenges to the professional life of kindergarten teachers.Unfamiliar educational environment and different professional fields affect kindergarten transfer teachers' occupational adaptation status and professional development.Thus it is crucial to promote the professional adaptation ability of kindergarten transfer teachers.Most previous occupational adaptation and professional development studies have been focus on primary and secondary school teachers.Research on the vocational adaptability of kindergarten transfer teachers especially the kindergarten transferred teachers has been ignored.Based on literature analysis,teacher interviews and experts discussion,we prepared a questionnaire to study the status of occupational adaptability of kindergarten teachers.A total of 113 transferred teachers from 3 county center public kindergartens and 3 private kindergarten and 13 town center kindergartens were surveyed.Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews with kindergarten transferred teachers,the influencing factors in the process of improving the occupational adaptability of kindergarten teachers were revealed.Finally,strategies to promote the occupational adaptability of teachers in kindergartens were proposed.This study has composed by four sections:First section described the necessity of the improvement of the occupational adaptability of the transferred teachers based on reform and development of preschool education.The related researches on the professional adaptation of teachers at home and abroad and the vocational adaptation of kindergarten teachers have been analyzed and summarized.The second section mainly described current kindergarten teachers' occupational adaptability situation through questionnaire survey.Analyzing transferred teachers' four major aspects of their occupational adaptation ability which including Environmental adaptability,Relationship adaptability,Professional adaptability,Psychological adaptability.The third section mainly discusses the factors affecting occupational adaptability of kindergarten teachers.Internal factors mainly include career motivation,past study and work experience,professional quality and psychological quality;external factors mainly include kindergarten culture,career development support and material and interests,social level social opinion,and education administrative education policy and management system.The fourth section proposed four practical strategies to improve transferred teachers occupational adaptability based on teachers' career development stage,development process,characteristics and preschool education age of the transferred teachers.Transfer survival stage(1-3 years): Establishing personnel file for each transferred teachers.Pay attention to humanistic care and enhance the sense of belonging of teachers transferred to work.Provide effective training to improve teaching ability of transfer teachers.Transformation stage(3-5 years): Focus on multi-party cooperation and establish good interpersonal relationships.Attach importance to lifelong learning Improve educational behavior,learn problem research and practice exploration.Innovation stage(5-10 years): focus on reflective ability,innovative education practice.Conduct action research and create teaching styles.Learn to self-plan and achieve self-development.Differentiation and maturity period(more than 10 years): Practicing the value pursuit of “life education”,summing up and improving the formation of one's own educational philosophy and the pursuit of excellence in professional.
