Both Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)to Views on Comprehensively Deepening Reform of the Development of Teachers in a New Era(put in 2018)presents national attention to the development of kindergarten teachers.Quality of pre-school teachers is the guarantee of the quality of pre-school education,while occupational adaptation of novice teacher in kindergartens affects the professional growth of teacher.At the meantime,a large number of novice teachers would enter the industry for the reason of the introduced two-child policy and the growing number of kindergartener.So,how to help novice teachers to adapt to the profession of preschool teacher as soon as possible has became a burning question.Occupation adaptation of teacher is a process in which individual has act interaction with specific environments and finally achieve harmony through self-adjustment.Therefore,taking the main body of occupation adaptation-teacher as object,this study has studied the occupation adaptation of novice teachers of kindergarten through the method of narrative research,with an aim of summarizing its affecting factors and giving suggestions.Research method taken in this study is the method of educational narrative research.The author of this study is a kindergarten teacher who has just through the occupational adaptation period as novice teacher.So,mainly based on my personal experience of occupational adaptation,other inforrmations related to these three-year work was collected through memory,objects and conversation among colleagues,and all the materials was regulated and analyzed with a core of occupational adaptation.This study mainly takes time as a clue,and carries on the continuous and integral narrative research from the experience to the post,in order to show the characteristics of the career adaptation.The story is then described in depth to explore the factors that influence career adjustment,and then put forward personal suggestions.This study mainly drew conclusions as follows: occupational adaptation,a socialized adaptation,the process of which could be influenced by many factors.Based on a personal occupational adaptation story and analysis to occupational adaptation,this study divided the factors influencing occupational adaptation of kindergarten novice teachers into two aspects: personal factor and external factor.Personal factor includes educational practice,personality characteristic,psychological expectation and professional competence.Among them,personality trait is an important factor that influencing psychological adaptation and interpersonal adaptation.Professional competence is the core of occupational adaptation and professional development.External factor includes the nature of kindergarten work,training systems of kindergartens,key figures and events,and the cultural atmosphere of the kindergarten.Training system of a kindergarten is crucial to the novice teacher's quick adaptation.Keyfigures and events play an important role in the novice teachers' career identity.Furthermore,the cultural atmosphere of kindergarten influences the formation of novice teachers' vocational values.Finally,the author offered suggestions respectively from levels of individual,institution of higher learning and kindergarten for occupational adaptation of novice teacher in kindergarten.Individuals should exert main role of occupational adaptation,means on the basis of the pre-service preparation,they should make positive self-adaption,give full play to personal advantages,raise the awareness of independent development in the process of occupational adaptation.Colleges and universities should improve their training mode,optimize the curriculum setting and standardize the practice activities.Kindergartens should provide effective support for novice teachers,improve the training system,establish a scientific evaluation system and create a harmonious kindergarten culture atmosphere.
