Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Generation Of Kindergarten Office Ideas

The concept of kindergartens is to represent the park's educational thoughts,to cover the unique culture of the park,to reflect the overall value orientation of the park,and to guide the overall understanding of the park's future development.It plays a leading role in the development of kindergartens,and it is the core idea of kindergarten development,showing the future direction of kindergarten development.At present,preschool education in China is in a stage of rapid development.Kindergartens are built everywhere to meet the educational needs of the people.However,from the perspective of overall development,kindergarten practice lacks guidance of ideas.In this paper,through the method of interviews and text analysis,according to the existing problems of kindergartens,the idea of running a park needs to be generated locally.It is found that there are problems in the process of local creation and analyze the reasons.Finally,the local concept of the park concept is proposed.Countermeasures.Specifically,this paper studies the local generation of the idea of kindergartens through the following five parts:The first chapter studies the theoretical basis of kindergarten running ideas.Through the pursuit of the root of word "ration" and the analysis of related concepts,the author defines the connotation of the kindergarten running ideas used in this paper,clarifies the basic structure and characteristics of kindergarten running ideas,and elaborates the related theories about the indigenous generation of kindergarten running ideas,which makes full theoretical preparations for this study.The second chapter puts forward the existing problems of the kindergarten running ideas and local generation.This part expounds the general problems of the existing kindergarten running ideas,and then proposes that the idea of running a kindergarten needs the solution generated locally.It also discusses the value of local generation of garden running ideas,and sorts out the core elements of local generation of garden running ideas;The third chapter is the investigation of present situation of local generation of the kindergarten running ideas---a field survey based on three cities of S province.It mainly introduces the whole research process,including the design of research tools,the selection of research objects,etc.,And then the author obtains the research results,that is,the reality of the local generation of garden running ideas.The problems found include insufficient accumulation of practical experience in kindergarten running,insufficient willingness and ability of local generation ideas to run a garden for garden leaders,lack of participation of kindergarten teachers in the process of generating the idea of running kindergartens and the insufficient development and utilization of the local resources of the kindergarten.etc.Based on the above problems,the reasons that hinder the local generation of the garden running ideas are deeply analyzed.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures for the local generation of garden running ideas.These countermeasures are mainly elaborated in five parts: strengthening external support,improving the ability of the garden leader to generate the idea of running the garden,increasing the degree of participation of teachers,introducing experts into the garden for guidance,and giving full play to the value of local resources.The author also puts forward countermeasures from three levels,including state,society and garden institutes to ensure the local generation of the idea of garden-running.The overall summary and reflection of this study put forward the space and possibility of further research.
