A Star Teacher is a expert who has a very high professional reputation and influence of education, because he has got fruitful achievement in teaching and research, having advanced educational concepts. Star Teachers have a certain reputation in the community, at the same time, play an important role in leading, demonstration, cohesion and radiation dominant in their school. They lead the reform trend. Job training, self-development and the promotion of public authority have together created them. The current research for top teachers is most based on case study, such as the study of Jinlin-Li, Yongzheng-Yu. We put the point of view of this paper on the group of the new generation top teachers of Chinese, who have not been enough attention.This study aims to critical research of the group of the new generation top teachers of Chinese who live and teach in Jiangsu Province. The paper discusses philosophy, education, literature, linguistics or aesthetic basis for their claims. The paper has a strong interest in their concepts of Chinese, Chinese curriculum and teaching. On the one hand, through the study of the top teacher groups, we grasp the forefront of academic experience. On the other hand, through prudent research, we can see the problems the Chinese subject faced, and if fortunate, we may find path or direction to resolve.
