| In recent years,China’s preschool education has developed rapidly,the number of public and private kindergartens in various regions has increased.Kindergarten teachers once appeared in short supply,many scholars pay close attention to the construction of preschool teachers.For the construction of teachers’ team,we should not only improve the quality of teachers,but also pay attention to the current flow of teachers.At present,the flow of teachers in our country is characterized by three characteristics: eastward orientation,market orientation and school orientation.This one-way unreasonable flow hinders the development of preschool education in our country,especially in rural areas.From the perspective of Rural Kindergartens and rural preschool education development,the flow of rural preschool teachers means the loss of rural teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the flow of rural preschool teachers in order to stabilize the rural teachers,improve the quality of rural education and make up for the shortcomings of the development of preschool education in China.This study collects relevant literature and data,and conducts a survey of kindergarten teachers in 29 counties and 16 provinces in China by means of the questionnaire of China Rural Education Development Research Institute in 2018.On this basis,a questionnaire of rural preschool teachers is selected for research.The total sample size is 7287,involving 1083 rural kindergartens.Based on the multi-level linear model,this study analyzed and discussed the current rural preschool teachers’ willingness to move and the influencing factors.According to the results of the survey,it was found that:(1)On the whole,rural preschool teachers have a higher willingness to move,and nearly two-thirds of them have the willingness to move.And the older the rural preschool teachers are,the longer the teaching age is,and the lower their wages are,the lower their willingness to move,and the lower the administrative level of the mobile target kindergartens.(2)Influencing factors of rural preschool teachers’ willingness to move mainly come from teachers’ demographic factors,teacher’s work pressure and salary,subjective feelings in work and kindergarten level.Teachers’ age,status,education background,health status,work pressure,salary,job burnout,job satisfaction andkindergarten organizational atmosphere are all related to rural areas.Preschool teachers’ willingness to move has a significant impact.(3)The explanatory power of teachers’ demographic factors to their willingness to move is 26.64%.The explanatory power of teachers’ work pressure and salary to their willingness to move is 25.70% higher than that of demographic variables.The explanatory power of teachers’ subjective feelings in work to their willingness to move is 63.19% higher than that of work pressure and salary.Therefore,compared with objective factors,teachers’ subjective feelings in work has a greater impact on their willingness to move.At the kindergarten level,the explanatory power of teachers’ willingness to move is 23.99% higher than that of teachers’ subjective feelings in work,and the explanatory power of Inter-school differences is about 20%.This shows that the organizational culture atmosphere of rural kindergartens is quite different,and has a significant impact on rural preschool teachers’ willingness to move. |
