"Talent is the first resource."The growth of talents is inseparable from education and education is inseparable from teachers.It is the so-called "education plan,teacher-oriented".The key to realizing the strategic goal of rural revitalization and the modernization of education lies in the rural teachers,who are the backbone of realizing the strategic goal of making education powerful.However,influenced by many factors,urban teachers can't go down,rural teachers can't stay and teach well,the lack of rural teachers,rural teachers have a huge gap,especially the serious shortage of high-quality rural teachers resources,which has become a short board in the modernization of education.The instability of rural teachers seriously restricts the development of rural education,but the emergence of this phenomenon can not deny that there are still many teachers who insist silently on the grass-roots positions of education.Based on the field survey of the current situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers' willingness to stay in Shen Mu city,this paper studies the rural teachers' willingness to stay and the influencing factors in five parts.Firstly,this paper introduces the problems and significance of this study,combs out the existing research on rural teachers' willingness to stay in school from different periods,and introduces the research ideas and framework,research methods,innovative points and difficulties.Secondly,it defines the core concepts,explains the theoretical support this research relies on,and explains how to combine theory with research.Thirdly,descriptive analysis is made on the rural teachers' willingness to stay in education,the basic situation of the sample and the description of the sample are introduced,the overall status of rural teachers' willingness to stay in education is analyzed,and the significance of rural teachers' willingness to stay in education in different dimensions is explored.Then,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of rural teachers'willingness to stay in education,this paper finds out the main influencing factors of rural teachers' willingness to stay in education through chi-square test and analysis from the specific factors under the first-level indicators of individual characteristics,incentive factors and health care factors,and draws research conclusions.Finally,on the basis of the main influencing factors,some Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of relevant government departments,society,schools and teachers'autonomous organizations to enhance the willingness of rural teachers to stay in China.In general,rural teachers' willingness to stay in education is not strong.Factors such as salary,family,work and personal development have a significant impact on rural teachers' willingness to stay in education.In addition,other factors also have a certain impact on rural teachers' willingness to stay in education.The key to making rural teachers secure in education is to meet the needs of rural teachers at different levels in a targeted way,enhance the attraction and competitiveness of rural teachers'posts,and strengthen the implementation effect of policies.Only in this way can rural teachers develop and grow.
