The flow of young teachers in rural areas is a major problem in rural education and has become a key factor affecting the balanced development of urban and rural education.Young teachers in rural middle schools,as the main body of mobility, their mobility will directly affect the quality of rural education. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mobility intention of young teachers in rural middle schools and the causes of their mobility intention for retaining young teachers in rural areas, improving the quality of rural education and promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education. In this study,a total of 17 young rural teachers from YS Middle School in LX City and ZY Middle School in PD City were selected as the research objects. The research data were collected through literature method, interview method, and the grounded theory method was adopted to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of young rural middle school teachers' mobility intention. The results show that there are two ways for young teachers in rural middle schools to have their mobility intention. One is that they are forced to work in rural areas for some reasons when they choose their posts, and they have their mobility intention as soon as they start their work. The other is the intention to take root in rural education at the beginning of the work, but the intention to move after the work. The development of mobility intention has experienced three stages. The first stage is that the mobility intention of young teachers in rural middle schools stays at the level of thinking, listening and speaking, and this stage lasts for a relatively long time, about two years. The second stage is to clarify the mobility motivation; The third stage is the stage when the willingness to flow is transformed into the action of flow.In this stage, young teachers find out the method of flow, and then make preparation and try.According to the result of young teacher turnover, some young teachers finally realized the turnover, but most young teachers did not succeed in the turnover. From the perspective of young teachers in rural middle schools, the causes of their willingness to flow are analyzed.Young rural middle school teachers' willingness to flow is influenced by many internal and external factors.Under the common influence of internal factors, such as their understanding of rural schools and self-needs,and external factors, such as parents, students, schools, leaders, social policies and social environment, young teachers in rural middle schools have their willingness to flow.Based on the analysis and discussion of the floating intention of young teachers in rural middle schools and its influencing factors, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:at the micro level, parents should establish the awareness of active communication, realize effective communication, assume educational responsibilities and pay attention to children's quality-oriented education;Teachers should set up a correct view of rural teachers and improve the ability of managing middle school students and communicating with parents. At the middle level, schools should improve the accommodation conditions of young teachers in rural areas, improve their office environment and create a relaxed working atmosphere.Leaders should innovate the way of leadership and pay attention to the professional development of young teachers. At the macro level, the government should increase the investment in rural schools, establish a system for local teachers to rotate between urban and rural areas, and establish a mechanism for non-local teachers to transfer each other to solve the personal problems of young teachers.
