Today,advocating the development of students' core literacy,frustration education is particularly important.The seventh grade is a turning point in students' learning life from primary school to junior high school.The change of new learning environment and learning content means that they will face new challenges.In the process of adapting to the new study and life,students are prone to many difficulties and problems which make them feel frustrated.Now most of the students are only children,living conditions are relatively superior,lack of proper exercise,weak psychological endurance and low willpower level.Therefore,strengthening frustration education and improving junior high school students' ability to resist frustration and positive psychological quality are urgent issues for ideological and political education.Improving students' core literacy objectively requires strengthening teenagers' frustration education.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen frustration education in moral and legal teaching,so that people can clearly understand the importance and feasibility of strengthening frustration education and explore some specific implementation measures.As the seventh grade textbooks contain abundant frustration education resources,which are conducive to frustration education,this paper focuses on how to strengthen frustration education for seventh grade students in the teaching of morality and rule of law.As the seventh grade textbooks contain abundant frustration education resources,which is conducive to frustration education,this paper focuses on how to strengthen frustration education for seventh grade students in moral and rule of law teaching.Firstly,the author combs the relevant literature and theoretical basis of frustration education to illustrate the importance of strengthening frustrationeducation.Secondly,through the analysis of the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" of the seventh grade,the feasibility of using textbook resources to strengthen frustration education is summarized.Then,based on the investigation results of frustration education of some seventh grade students in Hohhot,the author finds that educators pay too much attention to the transfer of students' knowledge and neglect the cultivation of frustration education.In the daily teaching work,there is a lack of care for the individual students,such as psychological and emotional communication and counseling.At the same time,through investigation,the author summarizes the causes of the types of frustration that the seventh grade students are prone to produce.Based on the existing problems,the author puts forward four principles that should be followed in strengthening frustration education in teaching,namely,the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,the principle of moderation and the principle of encouraging the original.Principles of principle and guidance.Finally,on the basis of following the principles of frustration education,four specific methods and suggestions are put forward to strengthen frustration education in order to achieve the purpose of strengthening frustration education,improving students' frustration tolerance and promoting students' all-round physical and mental development.
