With the frequent exposure of teenagers' sexual adverse events,the attention of all sectors of society to teenagers' sexual education is also increasing.As the core content of sexual education,sexual ethics education has increasingly become the focus and hot spot of academic attention.In the current situation of teenagers' sexual morality is not optimistic and teenagers' sexual morality education is lacking,social work should be involved in teenagers' sexual morality education,relying on the concept of helping others,professional theory and practical methods of social work to carry out research on teenagers' sexual morality education dilemma and intervention,which may help to alleviate teenagers' sexual morality education Dilemma and enhance teenagers' sexual morality water.Ping.This article takes the adolescents in C community of Shen zhen as the research object,uses the methods of literature research and field research to analyze the current situation of adolescents' sexual morality and sexual morality education,and finds that adolescents have a certain basis of sexual knowledge,and mainly rely on sexual physiology and health knowledge.The proportion of sexual morality knowledge is relatively low.The adolescents' sexual knowledge comes from more informal channels.Whether it is correct or not remains to be explored.There are imbalances in the physical and mental development of adolescents,indifferent attitudes towards puppy love,low self-education ability of adolescents,lack of family sex moral education,limited ability of parents,narrow content of school sex education,insufficient attention and deviation in sex moral education among adolescents.Culture is flooding the market and the environment of sex moral education is out of order.The effectiveness of sexual morality education is related to the development of adolescents' socialization and the formation of healthy personality.Based on the questionnaire survey and the operationalization of the concept of sexual morality,considering the actual situation of adolescents in community C,the author further chooses the adolescents in senior primary schools as the practical intervention objects of group work,and combines the fact that theadolescents in senior primary schools are in or about to be in the process of group work.The characteristics of the adolescent development stage are as follows: a scale covering four factors affecting the formation of adolescent sexual morality is designed,including sexual consciousness,heterosexual friendship view,sexual behavior cognition and sexual self-regulation.The four dimensions are used in the work of the "intellectual adolescents" adolescent sexual morality education group to intervene and evaluate them,so as to explore the group.Work intervention in the effectiveness of adolescent sexual morality education.There are four parts in the paper: the first part is introduction,which introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,defines the main concepts,reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,and designs the research;the second part is the basic situation of the research object,describing the general situation of the research community,the basic situation of the community teenagers and the situation of teenagers' sexual and moral education.The third part is the specific application of group work in teenagers' sexual ethics education.First,it introduces the preparatory work of the group,then introduces the design of the work programme of the group,and then describes the implementation process and effect of the group work,presenting the intervention and development process of each section of the group.Finally,the effectiveness of group work is evaluated and analyzed.The fourth part is the reflection on the predicament of teenagers' sexual morality education and the intervention of group work;the fifth part is the conclusion.Through the evaluation and analysis of the process and results of the adolescent sexual ethics education group,the set goals of the group work were basically achieved.Adolescents' participation in the group of "intellectual adolescents" adolescent sexual morality education deepens their understanding of the physical and mental changes in adolescence,improves their attitudes towards heterosexual interaction,improves their awareness of sexual behavior and further establishes their consciousness of sexual norms.Group work is effective in the intervention of adolescents' sexual morality,especially in the improvement of adolescents' sexual consciousness and the formation of sexual self-regulation.At the same time,the author also recognizes that limited by his own research and practical ability,in order to further alleviate the plight of teenagers' sexual morality education and promote the improvement of teenagers' sexual morality level,in the future,teenagers' sexual morality education can intervene in practice by changing educational concepts to eliminate the blind area of sexual education,and by setting up social workers commissioners to promote the clothing of sexual morality education.To implement the effectiveness of sex moral education through innovative education methods.
