A Research On Teacher's Support Of Outdoor Sports Games In Preschool

Kindergarten outdoor sports games is one of the main outdoor activities in kindergarten,which is conducive to the healthy development of children's physical and mental health.Kindergarten outdoor sports games can't depart from the support of teachers,this study through the teacher of the kindergarten outdoor sports game support of research,analysis of the kindergarten outdoor sports game carry out the theoretical basis of the basic requirements,the present situation of the kindergarten outdoor sports game teacher support,to help teachers to better support for kindergarten outdoor sports games.Through literature review,this study learned about the research results of teacher support in outdoor sports games and children's games,and decided to take the teacher support in outdoor sports games as the content of this study.In this study,literature review,observation,interview and case analysis were used for research,and targeted sampling method was used to select L kindergarten in laibin city as the research object,to observe the outdoor sports and games of the kindergarten,and 6 teachers from small,medium and large classes and 1 deputy principal of kindergarten as the interview object.This study consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the origin of the research,sorts out and reviews the research results supported by teachers of outdoor sports games and children's games,explains the purpose and significance of the research,and explains the research design,including the research object,research content and research method.The second part is about the kindergarten outdoor sports game teacher support overview.First is the core concept of this research,the second is the teacher of the kindergarten outdoor sports games support were analyzed,and the meaning of the last proposed the kindergarten outdoor sports game teacher support basic requirements:first,to do the kindergarten outdoor sports game of the physical environment support,which should pay attention to the kindergarten outdoor sports game material Settings,kindergarten outdoor sports game material delivery and kindergarten outdoor sports game time.Secondly,we should support the mental environment of outdoor sports games in kindergartens,including paying attention to the creation of positive game atmosphere and giving timely and appropriate feedback to children.The third part of the kindergarten outdoor sports games teachers support the status of investigation.Firstly,it analyzes the basic situation of teacher support for outdoor sports games in kindergartens,including the basic situation of material environment support for outdoor sports games in kindergartens and the basic situation of spiritual environment support for outdoor sports games in kindergartens.Then it analyzes the positive aspects,existing problems and causes of the teachers' support for outdoor sports games in kindergartens.The positive aspects of teachers' support for outdoor sports games in kindergartens are: paying attention to the choice of game sites;The game materials provided are safer;Pay attention to the creation of positive game atmosphere;Pay attention to give children positive and timely feedback.The main problems are as follows: the flexibility of the choice and adjustment of the game site is not enough;The game material suitability is not high;Poor time management and planning;Some teachers lack the ability to create a positive game atmosphere;Some teachers give children improper feedback.The main reasons are: teachers of the outdoor sports game understanding is not clear;The teacher's physical education specialized knowledge is insufficient;The teacher puts in the game material ability is not strong;The influence of the layout of outdoor sports activities;The number of children in the class varies greatly.The fourth part is to improve the kindergarten outdoor sports games in teacher support recommendations.There are five Suggestions: change the concept,improve teachers' understanding of outdoor sports games;Strengthen learning and enrich teachers' professional knowledge of outdoor sports game support;Pay attention to training,improve the ability of teachers to put sports game materials;Adjust measures to local conditions and make rational use of outdoor sports and game venues;Strengthen cooperation to provide scaffolding support for kindergarten sports games.
