| In order to further implement the quality improvement plan for teachers in vocational colleges,this thesis takes the vocational public teachers as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on the core literacy of the public teachers in secondary vocational schools.With the used of literature research method,interview investigation method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,based on national education policy,education theory and teacher cognition,the core literacy measure model of secondary vocational teachers is constructed.The status quo of core literacy is measured,and the existing problems and causes are analyzed.Besides,the the strategy of improving the core literacy of the public teachers of secondary vocational schools is proposed.This thesis constructs a measurement model of core literacy of secondary vocational teachers from three aspects: knowledge literacy,affective literacy and ability literacy.According to the model,the measurement metrics are built to measure the status quo.It is found that public teachers in secondary vocational schools have a higher level in the aspect of core literacy but they are insufficient in the capacity of interdisciplinary knowledge fusion,reflection and self-improvement,the application and processing of information and tools,and the professional identity awareness..The core literacy of secondary vocational teachers is characterized by the low level of core literacy of low-education-level secondary vocational public teachers,and the low level of knowledge literacy of low-education secondary vocational public teachers.The ability of literacy is low,and the knowledge of secondary vocational public teachers in schools in underdeveloped areas is low.The problem is due to the different financial situation in different regions,insufficient resources provided by the schools,the ignorance of public courses in secondary vocational schools.Besides,the teachers’ own teaching age,self-improvement ability and the incorrect cognitive concepts are also to blame.In order to solve the problems of the core literacy of the public teachers in secondary vocational schools,the government should establish the core literacy standards for the teachers of secondary vocational schools,improve the financial support for the construction of the public service teachers in secondary vocational schools,and gradually build a training system for the vocational teachers of secondary vocational schools.Schools need to actively optimize the structure of the public service teachers in secondary vocational schools,improve the evaluation mechanism of public teachers in secondary vocational schools,and create a healthy and ethical school atmosphere and a good campus atmosphere.Individual teachers need to enhance their sense of professional identity,enhance their ability to integrate disciplines in their own learning and communication,and strengthen their reflection on career development. |
