Professionalism is the basis for class teachers to complete class management tasks and improve students' development level.This study takes the secondary vocational class teacher as the research object,explores the status quo of the group,and puts forward the corresponding promotion path.This research has certain theoretical significance and can enrich the research results of class teacher management and secondary vocational education.At the same time,this study also has a certain practical value,for improving the efficiency of the construction of the secondary vocational class teacher team has a positive enlightenment.Professionalism is universal,stable and developmental.Secondary vocational class teachers'professional accomplishment covers professional ethics accomplishment,professional knowledge accomplishment,professional ability accomplishment and professional emotions and attitudes.It is of great value to cultivate vocational class teachers' professional accomplishment.These values are reflected in promoting the development of students,optimizing class management and promoting the deepening of secondary vocational education.This research chooses a class teacher of a secondary vocational school as the research object,using the method of questionnaire and interview,from the aspects of professional ethics accomplishment,professional knowledge accomplishment,ability accomplishment and professional emotion and attitude,to investigate the status quo of the class teacher of secondary vocational school.The survey found that there are some problems in the professional quality of class teachers in secondary vocational schools:first,lack of class management and knowledge of educational laws and regulations;second,lack of psychological counseling ability;third,lack of work reflection ability;fourth,lack of communication ability with parents;fifth,weak scientific research ability;sixth,lack of career.Planning ability;Seventh,work enthusiasm is not high;Eighth,high moral quality and lack of work motivation conflict.There are six main reasons for these problems:first,deviations in their own work concepts;second,lack of job accomplishment;third,work incentive mechanism lags behind the fourth,ignoring the important role of class teachers in education reform;sixth,lack of vocational literacy training mechanism.According to the investigation and analysis of the problems and causes,this study puts forward specific strategies to enhance the vocational quality of class teachers:first,enrich the technical system of class teachers in secondary vocational schools;second,stimulate the enthusiasm of class teachers;third,establish and improve the training mechanism of class teachers'professional quality;fourth,highlight the class teachers in Secondary Vocational education.The importance of.
