| As a component of high-quality vocational education system,the quality of secondary vocational education plays a decisive role.The quality structure of such students is a concrete manifestation of the quality of vocational education.The quality requirements of secondary vocational school students include culture,specialty and physical quality,and sports core quality is an important component of physical quality."If sports are strong,China will be strong,and if national sports are prosperous,sports will be prosperous".A strong physique provides material support for students’ learning.Under the background that the physical problems of teenagers have become serious social problems,improving the physical health level of secondary vocational school students and cultivating the necessary sports core literacy are related to the development quality of vocational education.Through sorting out the literature,the research results of sports core literacy at home and abroad are presented.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of sports core literacy of secondary vocational school students.The obtained data are comprehensively processed with SPSS20.0 software,and some valuable results are obtained.The research results show that:(1)78.92% of the secondary vocational school students’ sports core literacy has reached the standard of passing or above.The internal dimensions of sports core literacy are unbalanced,and the proportion of secondary vocational students who fail the sports ability dimension is relatively high.(2)Sports ability: 53.36% of secondary vocational school students’ sports ability reached the standard of passing or above.There are obvious gender differences in the physical health level of secondary vocational school students,and the physical health level of girls is generally better than that of boys.59.95% of secondary vocational school students master 1-2 sports skills,and 22% of secondary vocational school students do not understand the principles and rules of sports.More than half of the secondary vocational students can make exercise plans according to their own characteristics,but the implementation of the plan needs to be improved.Secondary vocational school students enjoy sports events well,but their sports evaluation ability needs to be improved.Secondary vocational school students participate in sports activities less frequently,and 76% of secondary vocational school students do not participate in sports associations.(3)Health behavior: 84.33% of secondary vocational school students’ health behavior reached the standard of passing or above.19.2% of secondary vocational students exercise more than 4 times a week,and 26.26% of secondary vocational students exercise more than 30 minutes each time.Secondary vocational school students have good knowledge of sports and health,but their ability to use health skills needs to be improved.Most secondary vocational students can strengthen their emotional regulation and environmental adaptability through sports.(4)Sports spirit: 95.52% of vocational school students’ sports spirit reached the standard of passing or above.The sports spirit of secondary vocational school students is generally good,but the ability of "striving and enterprising" and "team cooperation" in the moral style and quality needs to be strengthened.In view of the existing problems,the following strategies are put forward from the perspective of "knowing,meaning and doing" : first,to innovate ideas and change sports cognition: to establish the concept of school cooperation of "multiple integration and collaborative education";The concept of curriculum objectives of "matching people with jobs and coordinating development";The family model concept of "parents guide and lead by example";The concept of community coordination of "resource sharing and harmonious development";The student development concept of "independent participation and lifelong education".Second,stimulate sports sentiment and enhance sports physique: enrich the forms of sports activities and enhance the sports sentiment of secondary vocational students;Perfect the physical education teaching design and highlight the characteristics of vocational education;Carry forward the traditional regional culture and enrich the content of physical education in secondary vocational schools.Third,carry forward the spirit of sports and improve the quality of will: strengthen the "professionalism" and "practicality" of physical training for secondary vocational students;Improve the "pertinence" of health education for secondary vocational students;We should attach importance to the "cultural" nature of sports skills learning of secondary vocational school students.Fourth,enrich sports resources and promote sports behavior: consolidate sports facilities resources;Developing sports human resources;Utilize school-enterprise cooperation resources;Excavate natural environmental resources. |
