Revision of the new curriculum standard,the thought political lesson core literacy summarized as political identification,scientific spirit,the rule of law consciousness and public participation in the four aspects,the new curriculum standards focus on the cultivation of the core accomplishment of students and teachers to cultivate students' literacy for core play a key role,therefore,need to increase high school thought political lesson teacher quality.This article tries to,by means of questionnaire and interview to survey the current situation of the high school thought political lesson teacher quality,the research found that part of the high school thought political lesson teacher,there is still a gap from the requirement of subject core literacy,in the core requirement of four aspects,there are some problems,around the four aspects of ideological and political discipline core literacy,find out the specific problems of the high school thought political lesson teacher,through the analysis of these problems put forward the high school thought political lesson teacher quality ascension shall adhere to the five principles of-political principle,subjective principle,practical principle,developmental principle and overall principle.On the premise of adhering to the five principles,the paper puts forward solutions to the existing problems respectively.In this paper,the text contains four chapters,the first one is at the core of quality as well as the teachers' quality and so on defining the related concepts,from big to small,from abstract to concrete,the order of the core literacy from the concrete to the high school ideological and political discipline core literacy,from the teachers' quality to the high school thought political lesson teacher quality,finally summarized summed up the ideological and political discipline core literacy and the relationship between the thought political lesson teacher quality;The second chapter explains the necessity of improving the quality of high school ideological and political teachers from three aspects: the requirement of The Times,the need to cultivate students' core qualities and the requirement to achieve teachers' professional development;The third chapter is about the problems existing in the quality of high school ideological and political teachers under the background of the core quality of ideological and political discipline.This chapter mainly uses the results of questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the current situation of the quality of high school ideological and political teachers under the background of the core quality of ideological and political discipline;The fourth chapter is the principles and strategies of improving the quality of high school ideological and political teachers.Through analyzing the existing problems,it puts forward the principles that should be adhering to in improving the quality of high school ideological and political teachers.On the basis of adhering to the principles,it puts forward the strategies to solve the problems.
