In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the research of teaching materials.As the medium of teachers' teaching activities,teaching materials play an important role in teaching activities.This research adopts case study method,interview method,observation method,text analysis for two teachers in conic curve and equation in the content of this chapter to analyze the usage of materials,understand two teachers teaching material use loyalty as well as the factors affecting the use of teachers,teachers for the new teaching material to be used or are about to provide reference of teachers.This research mainly from the teaching arrangement,scheduling,and sequence arrangement,teaching idea,knowledge point number and thought method,mathematics problem(mathematical examples,mathematics exploration and thinking,exercises)for two teachers to use teaching materials from the Angle of three situation analysis,teaching order in the form of total-points and teaching materials,comparing the order scheduling,reference the teacher teaching book class hour,the thinking of teaching through the teaching idea figure contrast research;Two parameters,TCT and TPT,were used to understand the two teachers' fidelity to the mathematical problems and problem-solving procedures in the textbook.Through the comparison with the knowledge points and thought methods in the teaching material,we can get the differences of teachers' exploration and expansion of the teaching material in the actual teaching.The factors influencing the use of textbooks by the two teachers are as follows: personal factors of the teachers,student factor,institutional factors,textbook itself.For the two teachers' use of teaching materials,the school system has a certain impact on the arrangement of teaching hours,but this effect is not large.Experienced teachers are better than young teachers in the extraction and expansion of knowledge points in sample questions and exercises,but young teachers dare to innovate the content and pay attention to rationality in the process of innovation.Experienced teachers will integrate curriculum standards into practical teaching,while young teachers pay less attention to curriculum standards.Teachers in the use of information technology,need to strengthen.The deficiency of this study: due to the personal time and energy,only the two teachers for observation,for the use of the teaching material different teachers have different situation,can be observed for a number of senior or top teachers),the conclusion summarizes up,moreover,this study only conic curve and equation is studied in this chapter,for the usage of other content in the teaching material is what,need further research.
