The 21 st century is an era of high-speed development of information.The teaching of modern educational technology and basic education is constantly integrated,and the teaching methods and means are updated.Among them,the micro-course can break through the limitations of time and space,and is used flexibly by the learners,which has set off a research boom in the field of education.At present,the development and application of micro-curriculum in the field of education in China mainly focuses on college scholars and front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools in developed regions.It has certain practical significance for the teaching practice research of micro-classes in county-level high schools in Guizhou.This research takes Wengan Middle School as the practice object,on the basis of the interview and questionnaire survey about micro-course cognition and application between teachers and students,it aims at the subject content of chemistry compulsory course in senior high school.Under the guidance of the five stages of the ADDIE model,the development and practical teaching of micro-courses are carried out in turn.The preliminary analysis stage analyzes the four aspects of learning needs,learning characteristics,learning content and application methods.The design stage is the design and production of self-learning task lists,micro-teaching cases,micro-courses and micro-videos that contribute to micro-teaching.The development stage is to match the teaching content organically to the three links: pre-class,in-class,after-class and so on,so as to develop and make the complete case of micro-course.The application stage is to effectively apply the prepared micro-class cases to the teaching practice of the three links.The evaluation phase is a combination of quantitative evaluation of paper and pencil tests and qualitative results of student questionnaires and interviews.The results show that based on the ADDIE model,the development and application of micro-curricular development for Guizhou county-level middle school can strengthen students' cognitive recognition of micro-curriculum,stimulate interest in learning,improve students' self-learning ability,change students' learning style,and then to a certain extent.The improvement of chemistry scores further demonstrates that the introduction of micro-courses into traditional classrooms for chemistry teaching has certain feasibility in Guizhou county-level high schools.
