Homeland cooperation is a bridge between kindergarten and family.Its core goal is to promote the healthy and harmony development of children's physical and mental health.With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the number of rural migrant workers is huge.Therefore,the phenomenon of staying in rural children is very common,and the issue of raising children form generation to generation has become a nature one.Undoubtedly,the study of homeland cooperation between rural kindergartens and interdependent families is conducive to improving the quality of early childhood education for families.This study mainly takes the grandparents of the intergenerational family as the core research object,and the kindergarten manages and teachers as the auxiliary research object.It carries out the study on the current situation of the cooperation between rural kindergartens and the intergenerational family,and makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the cooperation,in order to provide a suitable path for the cooperation.Through interviews and observation,the problems of cooperation between rural kindergartens and intergenerational families were found out:firstly,there is a generalization of the goal of homeland cooperation in the dimension of rural kindergartens,the lack of richness in the content of homeland cooperation,the lack of pertinence in the form of homeland cooperation,and the lack of motivation to provide support for the families of alternate generations.Secondly,the concept of participating in homeland cooperation is not strong in the dimension of grandparents from generation to generation,the lack of breadth and depth of participating in homeland cooperation,the single form of participating in homeland cooperation and the low frequency of participating in homeland cooperation.Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,the influencing factors are internal factors and external factors.Based on the current state of appearance,the paths proposed in this paper are:In terms of external support path,Firstly,from the perspective of policy dimension,it is necessary to build a corresponding policy guarantee system for rural kindergartens and intergenerational families;Secondly,the dimension of the education management departments need to strengthen the guidance,management and supervision of rural kindergartens;Thirdly,the dimension of rural communities need to play its cooperation with rural kindergartens and its function of helping and educating the families of rural intergenerational families.In the endogenous development path,Firstly,from the perspective of rural kindergartens,the dimension of rural kindergartens not only need its internal improvement,but also need to strengthen the support and guidance for the families raised by alternating generations.Secondly,family dimension,starting from the perspective of the family,the parents who raise the family from generation to generation should change their concepts from their own point of view,and improve the degree of care for the family.
