A Case-study On Kindergartens' Cooperation With Families

The new requirements for homestead cooperation set out in Chapter 9 of the Kindergarten Work Rules,which was released on March 1,2016.The rule raises higher standard of homestead cooperation and adds new details than the kindergarten education guidelines(for Trial Implementation),which was released in 2001.This shows that home cooperation issues have been put on the agenda and relevant requires are more specific.the study selects the B kindergarten in Anshan as the research object,according to use the method of interviews,observation,literature and material collection method to know its basic situation of home cooperation.The research contents mainly includes the field of home cooperation,content and form,and the cognition of family and kindergarten.The research shows that: in general,the kindergarten attaches great importance to carry out homestead cooperation;Preschool teachers eager to form a joint effort with parents;Infant parents shows a attitude of passive acceptance;The content is not balanced;The form of home cooperation is rich;The problem is that: the kindergarten's execution strength and the supervision strength of the implementation of cooperation is not enough;The proportion of home cooperation is single;Children's parents do not attach importance home cooperation;the method of the communication is not unsuitable.The influence factors are that: the leader of kindergarden?teacher?parent?childer.Consequently,this study proposes four suggestions to promote the homestead cooperation of B kindergarten: Pay attention to the comprehensive development of home cooperation;Broaden the field of home cooperation;Improve their cooperation and communication skills multichannelly;Strengthen training of parents;Raising parents' consciousness;Provide educational resources to kindergarten;Kindergarten teachers and parents should learn the transpositional consideration.
